Balsamico

In collaboration with Acetaia Castelli, we are proud to present two products of historic Italian
excellence. Quality is the philosophy of this company, handed down from generation to
generation. This is reflected in the meticulous care taken in selecting vineyards, where the
grapes are strictly D.O.C certified and where nothing is left to chance, but constantly
improved and refined.
Two balsamic vinegars made with the simplicity of cooked grape must or, alternatively,
cooked grape must and wine vinegar, exclusively from their own production.
