Refund policy

These terms define the delivery, receipt, and return procedures for products purchased from the OLIVY online store.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Estimated delivery times within Latvia:

  • parcel lockers: 1–4 business days.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and delivery partner.

During promotional periods, holidays, or times of increased demand, delivery times may be longer.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are calculated during checkout and depend on:

  • the selected delivery method;
  • the delivery address;
  • the order size and volume.

OLIVY may offer free delivery for selected orders or during promotional campaigns.

DELIVERY METHODS

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • parcel lockers;
  • delivery to a company or registered business address.

The exact delivery options available will be shown during checkout.

RECEIVING THE ORDER

Upon receiving the order, the Customer is advised to check:

  • the condition of the packaging;
  • the quantity of products;
  • any possible damage.

If the shipment is damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

Returned products must be:

  • unused;
  • unopened;
  • in undamaged original packaging;
  • with preserved product quality.

Food products that have been opened or whose storage safety can no longer be guaranteed after opening cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Refunds are processed within up to 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

OLIVY reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED PRODUCTS

If you have received:

  • a damaged product;
  • an incorrect product;
  • damaged packaging,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • the order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photographs.
